As part of our operational and strategic changes, Payrow has officially suspended its operations as of 19th November.

As previously communicated, effective from this date, clients are no longer able to access their accounts, make payments, or receive funds into their accounts.

If your account held a balance at the time of closure, please follow the below instructions to claim your funds via a digital transfer only, to a bank account which must be held in your name.

Please do not submit a ticket if you are unable to provide the following details/documents - Payrnet will not be able to release your funds without these items, and this is to adhere to compliance processes.
